Is automation right for my business?
If your team is doing the same task more than once a week, automation is worth exploring. Digital TeamMATES are ideal for small businesses and growing teams dealing with repetitive data entry, regular reporting, invoice processing, client onboarding, or any predictable workflow — you don't need to be enterprise-scale to benefit.
How long does it take to build a Digital TeamMATE?
Most Digital TeamMATES go live within 2–8 weeks from first discovery call, depending on the complexity of the workflow and the number of systems involved. Discovery itself is free and takes 15–30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
We work fixed-fee, scoped per automation. Pricing depends on complexity and the systems involved. Most clients see measurable ROI within 2–4 months. Discovery is always free — you'll get a clear proposal with price, timeline and success metrics before you commit.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every automation runs against your existing systems using the security model those systems already provide. We follow the principle of least privilege, sign NDAs where required, and never store your business data in our own systems beyond what's needed to operate the automation.
What tools and systems do you integrate with?
We work with the tools you already use — Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Airtable, Slack, QuickBooks and many more. If your system has an API or a supported connector, we can integrate with it.
Do I need in-house technical people?
No. We design, build, deploy and support the automation end to end. You provide the workflow expertise and access; we provide the engineering.
What happens after the Digital TeamMATE goes live?
We monitor closely through the first weeks and stay on hand for tweaks. Ongoing support and monitoring are available as an optional monthly service, priced per automation rather than per seat.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. We're Australian-based but work with growing businesses internationally across multiple time zones and currencies.
